Buddha meditating on Spencer Brown's Laws of Form

Posted by Gwenn on Monday, March 15. 2010

Giving up a distinction is at the same time:

- Letting be be a distinction,
- Finding a distinction,
- Seeing a distinction,
- Describing a distinction,
- Defining a distinction,
- Recognizing a distinction
- Becoming aware that distinction is the source of all suffering
- Recognizing a distinction's source
- Transgressing from the distinction to its source
- Finding a way to abolish the recognition
- Thus voiding the distinction in terms of the subject
- Forgetting about all of the above.
